How to use keyword filters with CrowdSegment

Keyword searches are great, until they're not. Keyword searches can provide poor results if you don't use additional filters to remove irrelevant results.

For example, if you are searching for CEO’s using a keyword search, your results will return items such as “assistant to the CEO”, or “Analyst to the office of the CEO”.

To avoid irrelevant keyword results, CrowdSegment provides autocomplete search boxes with “Normalized fields”. Our engine organizes the data and classifies it into the most meaningful values that align with your search. For example, you can limit your keyword searches by using a category.

You can also start your search using our normalized job titles (see below). Alternatively, start a broad search using keywords and use our analytics to provide the “normalized” options to target your search with more accuracy.
